Security
Marketing on Instagram and Facebook
Vendor spotlight post & story
Day-of market reel & story (not vendor-specific)
Share your marketing/reels on our story (if we are tagged)
History of high foot traffic throughout market
*Please note the following information about becoming a vendor at The Night Market Company™.
Do not accept any third-party sellers, multi-level marketing, or large corporation consultants.
All vendors must be local to North Carolina and items must be handmade, vintage, or a craft. We do not accept vendors who resell items. If you are a local boutique or boutique truck please email raleighnightmarket@gmail.com before applying.
All products must be handmade by you or your company.
If you are a food vendor and would like to participate, you must sell your food prepackaged from your permitted facility. Food trucks can apply for all venues except Durham at The American Tobacco Campus.
If you plan on cooking on site then an additional TFE permit is required and you must get approval from The Night Market Company™ staff.

A $10 application fee is required with your application and is non-refundable. Booth fees are $130 unless otherwise stated.
The Night Market Company™ staff have the right to revoke any products that do not fit the 'handmade' requirement, infringe on the authenticity of handmade, or do not align with photos submitted during the application process. Questions about this requirement? Send us photos and we will let you know whether or not your products meet this requirement.
When vending with The Night Market Company™, the vendor or their representative must be in attendance the entire market, they cannot break down early or arrive late unless otherwise approved by Market staff.
The vendor cannot show another artist's work that had not applied or did not get into the show. This also applies to booth sharing.
The vendor must be in security of his/her booth, and cannot hold Night Market Staff or the venue responsible for theft or damage.
Food vendors/ consumable goods must be approved by health inspection laws in order to sell their goods at the market.
Vendor booth fee is non-refundable for vendors participating in the market. Please read our vendor FAQs here.
